Description:
Haggadah Ma’alah Beit Chorin. With Map of the Land Of Israel. Amsterdam, 1810.
Passover Haggadah, with commentaries of the Alshich HaKadosh, the MaHaral of Prague and the Kli Yakar. Also includes the laws of Passover and Hagalat Keilim (purifying dishes with heat) with German translation by Yoel Bril.
Includes 12 illustrations -copperplate engravings, printed on half the page, as well as a map of the Jews’ journeys in the desert and the division of the Land of Israel according to the tribes.
The copperplate engravings were created by artist, Avraham bar Yaakov Hagar. They were first printed in the Amsterdam Haggadah, 1695. They were reprinted in later, magnificent, Amsterdam Haggadot.
The endpaper features an ex-libris label.
