Unique book, teaching how to compose letters. 50 letters for all occasions. By Rabbi Shmuel son of Rabbi Elchanan Yaakov Archivolti.
Rabbi Shmuel Elchanan Yaakov Archivolti (1530-1611) was an Italian Jewish writer, grammarian and poet. He served as Rosh Yeshiva, Av Beit Din and Community Secretary in Padua. Rabbi Shmuel purportedly also lived in Bologna and Venice where he was active as a proofreader. Rabbi Shmuel studied under Rabbi Meir Katzenellenbogen. His leading disciple was Yehudah Aryeh of Modena.
