Sifsei Da’at is comprised of homilies on the Torah, authored by Rabbi Shlomo Ephraim of Luntschitz (author of the Kli Yakar). Unusually beautiful and complete copy.
Rabbi Shlomo Ephraim of Luntschitz (1550-1619) is often referred to by the name of his composition, The Kli Yakar. He was a Rosh Yeshiva and Av Beit Din in Prague, alongside the MaHaral and The Shelah.
Sifsei Da’at is an introductory book to the author’s other works. In it he explains the purpose of his writings.
