Toldot Aharon. Freiburg, 1583.
First Edition by Rabbi Aharon of Pissarro: One of the first and most fundamental reference books, via which one can find where any verse from Tanach is mentioned in the Talmud, and which homiletical interpretations are given by the sages on it.

From the year 1590, it was appended to the Chumash. Since then it was printed hundreds of times with various additions (for the significance of the book, not just as a reference, see Shach Yoreh Dei'ah, chapter 198, subchapter 68).

This is the sole printing in which the original composition 'Toldot Aharon' was printed by itself, without the Chumash and with no additions.

Freiburg [southern Germany], 1583. First print.
39 leaves. Very good condition, wide margins, beautiful renewed leather binding.
Stefansky, Fundamental books no. 21.

Rare, first edition, beautiful and complete copy of the book Toldot Aharon; one of the most fundamental compositions on the Torah.
