With the signature of his disciple, the Pachad Yitzchak.
The Kuzari, authored by Rabbi Yehuda HaLevi with the Kol Yehuda commentary by Rabbi Yehuda Muskato. The Kol Yehuda commentary was the first published commentary on The Kuzari.
The author, Rabbi Yehudah Muskato lived during the 18th Century. His commentary appears in almost all Kuzari editions printed since.

All other copies only include the rare white leaf between leaves 195-197.
The title page features the signature: “Yitzchak Baruch HaLevi”. This is likely the Kol Yehuda’s disciple, the Pachad Yitzchak, Rabbi Yitzchak Lampronti.
