One volume containing two compositions from the year 1602, printed by Zaniti Daniel, Venice.

The book “Avodat Hakodesh” by the Rashba with the book 'Ba’alei HaNefesh' by the Ra’avad:
The first halachic composition in which the laws of Shabbat and Yom Tov are presented. In addition, the Ra’avad's composition 'Ba’alei HaNefesh', on the subject of a man's closeness with his wife, was printed together.
This is the first edition of this book, printed by Daniel Zaniti, Venice, 1602.
On the title page, in the owner's handwriting: “This is from my ancestors' inheritance, Shmuel Yisrael Yona, may G-d protect him".
74 pages. Complete. Very good condition. Slight tear on page 4 not affecting text.

The Book 'Mishpetei Shavuot' by Rabbi Hai Gaon:
Sefer Yesod. First Edition.

"A new approach of Bereishit Rabbah on Jacob's blessing to his sons" and "Breita of the works of the Mishkan" that Rashi to on the Torah alludes to. It was found concealed in the house of the great Chacham Morenu Harav Ezra of Fano.
This book is attributed to Rabbeinu Hai Gaon son of Rabbi Sherira Gaon, the last of the Geonim of Babylon and head of Yeshivat Pumpedita.
Venice, 1602. Complete and in very good condition.
