The issue was published with Hitler's rise to power and as anti-Semitism was spread across Europe, and presents a broad picture of Jewish life around the world with reference to this phenomenon. In an issue of hundreds of photographs and articles on diverse subjects encompassing the entire Jewish experience: Jewish soldiers in the world's armies, Jewish figures and customs, synagogues and seminars, Jewish streets, books and Judaica objects, Jews in science [among others, an article by Albert Einstein], Jews in Art And in sports, characters of typical of Eastern Europe, the Arab countries and Yemen, America, Poland and France, and more. Two chapters in the issue deal with the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe, accompanied by harsh images of its various discoveries in Germany and Ukraine, as well as a chapter on the Jewish settlement in Israel, also accompanied by many photographs. On the title page is a picture of the Admor of Kedushat Zion and his son the Admor of Rabbi Shlomo of Bobow, in the interior pages a picture of the Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac of Spinka.
