Large printed poster, issued by the chief rabbinate of Eretz Israel - call to add prayers on Shabbat in the synagogue - for the wellbeing and health of George V, King of England, in honor of the arrival of the British High Commissioner Sir John Chancellor and in honor of the commemoration day for the capture of Jerusalem by the British. [Jerusalem, December/Kislev 1928].

George V remembers in the history of the Land of Israel as a king who during his reign issued a Balfour Declaration that promised the establishment of a "Jewish National House" in the Land of Israel. His name was commemorated in Israel by naming a street named after him in Jerusalem, another street in Tel Aviv and a street in Haifa. It is also named after the Central Park in Ramat Gan (later King David), inaugurated on its 70th birthday, on July 3, 1935, as well as the "King's Garden" on the beach promenade in Netanya.
