Threefold Blessing for Great Success in Torah "Oral, Written and Printed," Handwritten and Signed by the Admo"r of Lubavitch. Purim, 1977
Letter from the Admo"r of Lubavitch to the chief rabbi of Jerusalem, the gaon Rabbi Betzalel Zolty. Brooklyn, New York. Purim, 1977.
The Rebbe blesses him with Torah blessings (a blessing clearly fulfilled in the case of this gaon): "May [you] be successful in Torah - study of the Oral, the Written, and the printed, in comfort." The Rebbe adds in his handwriting: 'As Chaza"l said: "There is no Torah like that of the Land of Israel."'
[1] official stationery paper. 21 cm. The letter was typewritten with the addition of seventeen (!) words handwritten by the Rebbe, and signed by him at the end; moderate-fine condition. The letter has been professionally restored with no damage to the content of the letter. Aging stains.
