Sefer Kohelet Shlomo on Ein Yaakov, with the commentary Kotnot Or, Furth (Germany) 1766, by Rabbi Shlomo Yekutiel Zalman & printed by Chaim son of Zvi Hirsh; 958 pages (479 folio pages): 8 page preface including title page/frontispiece + 428 pages in part 1 + 2 page title page/frontispiece for Part 2 + 418 pages in part 2 + 102 in unsectioned 3rd part. The book is a compilation of the original 'Ein Yaakov' by Jacob & Levi ibn Habib with new interpretations by Rabbi Shlomo Yekutiel Zalman son of Yaakov of Glogow ('Galoga'). The book includes 'Haskamot' (approbations) from: Rabbi Joseph ben Menahem Mendel Steinhardt (1720-1776; a Posek, one of the foremost Talmudists of his time & Av Beis Din), Rabbi Yosha Heschil of Lvov (1693-1772; Av Beis Din of Schwabach), Nathaniel Ashkenazi Weil (1687-1769; Rosh Yeshiva in Prgue & Av Beis Din of Karlsruhe). The original work 'Ein Yaakov' was a compilation of all the Aggadic material in the Talmud together with commentaries. The book has been rebound (detached at the front), but the inside pages are mostly intact, almost untouched - except for faded stampings of a pervious owner in random margins & a somewhat dirty & repaired but intact titlepage; some pages have not been separated since the printing & in some cases the text on pages is even upside down.
