Original will from Hagoan Rabbi Mordechai HaLevi Stern Ab"d Candoa 17th Day of Tamuz 1906, Beth Din Tzedek D'Kehal Ashkenazim, Jerusalem. With signatures from Rabbanim of the Bet Din.

Hand written signature of the witness Rabbi Nuta Shloma ben R Moshe Yehudah Green (passed away 22nd day of Nisson 1934), R' Alter Yosef ben R' Sender Friend and R' Shmuel Lev, and the signature of the Dayanim from the Bet Din. Ab"d of Bet Din Tzedek Ashkenazim Prushim in the courtyard of the Churvah in Jerusalem. Rabbi Chaim Yaakov Shapiro, Rabbi Moshe Nachum Wallenstein and Rabbi Aryeh Avraham Adler. With the Stamp of Bet Din.

Rabbi Mordechai Stern appointed as guardian of his estate HaGoan Rabbi Yosef Chaim Zonnenfeld and Rabbi Yaakov Blumental. Also mentioned in this document his wife Mrs Risha, their son R' Menachem HaLevi Stern and the famous wealthy son-in-law Rabbi Eliezer Zalmenson. The will document informed to pay to the members of Sharai Chesed Gemilat Chassadim, to the Yeshivat 'Toraht Chaim', and Yeshivat 'Pri Eitz Chaim' in Maeh Shearim, Talmud Torah and Yeshivat 'Eitz Chaim' in Churvat Rabbi Yehudah HaChassid and Beit HaYesomim that was established by HaGoan Mahari"l Diskin.

HaRav Chaim Yaakov Shapiro (1832-1908) was Rav and Daayan in Kovna, and later ascended to Eretz Yisrael in the year 1891, Ab"d in Bet Din Tzedek Ashkenazim Prushim in the courtyard of the Churvah in Jerusalem.

HaRav Moshe Nachum Wallenstein (1841-1922) was a student of the "Kesav Sofer" and of the "Goran David", ascended to Eretz Yisrael in the year 1864, there he was a student of the Mahari"l Diskin. From the year 1908 he was ab"d in Bet Din Tzedek Ashkenazim Prushim in Jerusalem, and later established the Bda"tz of Eidah HaChareidis in Jerusalem and was there the Rava"d .
