A pair of rimonim for a sefer Torah , Egypt, beginning of the 20th century , classic Egyptian style.
Identical dedications on both in memorial of "אסתר ב(בת) אברהם ובנה"א, תנצבה ".
this Egyptian design is very rare and was first discovered at the "Fifty Rimonim" exhibition at the Jewish museum by the Tel aviv university .
in the elegant catalog edited by Rafi Grephman zl number 25 are very similar to the ones before us.
minor differences , probably hand made what gave each pair their own identity.
in a general very good condition, light dents and signs of welding , chains missing.
height- 21, weight- 320 gram.
