Special lengthy letter, handwritten by the Rebbe's scribe, containing lofty blessings 'May Hashem stand by his side to support and guide him … and save him from any obstacle and lead his presidency fearlessly until the coming of the Messiah…'
The Rebbe signed the letter by his hand with pen.
