Torah and Halachic innovations on matters of Ribis (interest) handwritten by Maran the author of the Sheves Halevi Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner. 

On a sheet of the official stationery of Maran the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, Amud HaHora'ah, Posek Hador, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin and Rav and Av Beis Din of Zichron Meir, Bnei Berak, Rabbi Wosner wrote twenty lines on matters of interest, comments on the Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah Siman 177, on the words of the Shach and more. Piskei Halacha and a practical inquiry into the Sugya. 

The responsum was printed in Shut Sheves Halevi section IV Siman 95 and this is the responsum itself written and edited on the official stationery of Maran the author of Sheves Halevi. 

Maran the great Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, the Rav of thousands, judged Yisroel for more than seventy years and taught Halacha daily.

Maran the holy Rav Kedosh Aharon of Belz said of him in those early years: 'Four cubits of Halacha in our generation are in the Zichron Meir neighborhood of Bnei Berak', indicating his admiration of Rabbi Wosner's Psikah.

Maran the holy Gaon the Chazon Ish said he was destined for greatness, supporting him constantly and even asking him himself varied questions.

Other Tzaddikim and Gedolei Hador also admired and appreciated him. Maran the holy Rav the Beis Yisroel of Gur commented on his holiness as well as Maran the holy Rav the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz and additional leading rabbis.
