DR NUSSBAUM, IS A WELL KNOWN PERSONNALITY A native of Germany, Dr. Nussbaum had been a judge in the Labor and Finance Court in Berlin until his flight from the Hitler regime in 1933. He was a judge of the Tel Aviv Municipal Court for some time. He also represented the Jewish Agency in Germany for some time after World War II. condition: very good with some small stains
