A hard letter in the handwriting and signature of Yaakov Yaari-Poleskin - the journalist, writer, and second aliyah man - in which Polskin complains about Tel Aviv Mayor Meir Dzingoff refusing to give him an exemption from rent in his difficult economic situation. The letter was sent to the Hebrew writer, and the person who served as a member of the first committee of the Tel Aviv city, David Smilansky, requested that he transfer the matter to Desingoff. Yaakov Yaari-Poleskin [1887-1944], journalist, author and researcher about the history of the Land of Israel.
