Old painting on canvas, huge, with the portrait of the Rebbe wrapped in his tallis. Painted by the artist David Harel, signed.. Like new condition. Size: 82x100cm. David Harel is a painter, graphic artist, illustrator, and expert engraver (wood-carved), silk and lithograph printings. He specializes in portraits. He is a graduate of Betzalel Academy, he began his professional career at the first Chutzot HaYotzer fair in Jerusalem in 1972, where he successfully sold a set of 40 illustrations of Jerusalem landscapes. Since then he has not stopped painting the city. His studio is the oldest in Jerusalem and is one of its most famous. As part of his work he has designed many campaigns, including for the Israel Museum, the Israel Symphonic Orchestra, the Jerusalem Municipality, Israel Festival, Eurovision, Taglit, Keren HaYesod, and more.
