Letter in the holy handwriting of Maran Rabbi Yosef shalom Elyashiv regarding the laws of get. Written to Rabbi Zvi Gutman. Adar I 1983.
Letter dealing with details of the laws of divorce. The law that should be written in the names of the divorces 'דמיתקרי', according to the custom of Jerusalem and in the Beit Yosef, and not 'המכונה' in the language of the state. Matters of permission in get. the necessity of arranging a divorce instead of Aguna, and other matters.
