Rare L.S., `Lannes´, a good and bold signature example, one page, 4to, Paris, 19th June 1808, to Marshal Berthier, in French. Lannes states in part `I have the honour to send to Your Ecellency several proposals of appointments of Colonels to the 2nd and 4th Swiss regiments.. to replace Captain Wurtz de Rudens
