A.L.S., Sidmouth, one page, 8vo, Whitehall, 1st May 1820, to 'My dear Sir' (annotated in pencil in an unidentified hand at the head of the page 'to EF'), marked 'Private'. Sidmouth announces that he is extremely sorry that it won't be possible for him to attend his correspondent's party that day although continues to send him 'my best wishes for a numerous, pleasant & productive meeting'.
