Letter from Rav Moshe Shimshon Wasserman, Av Beis Din of Breslau to Rav Baruch Kunshtat, Av Beis Din of Fulda.
Long Halachic letter- a question in Even Haezer, handwritten and signed by Hagaon Hachassid Rav Moshe Shimshon Wasserman, Av Beis Din of Breslau, author of "Sheilas Moshe" Responsa, to Rav Baruch Kunshtat.
In letter's margins, Rav Wasserman requests from Rav Kunshtat to tell him his opinion regarding taking Challah from Matzo: In Breslau Rav Shimshon Moshe Wasserman instituted that Challah be taken in the Bakery itself. This made things very difficult for the bakers, and they requested to change the policy such that every purchaser would take Challah himself.
Breslau 5695
The question was printed in his sefer "Sheilas Moshe", Even Haezer Section 3. Rav Baruch's Response is printed in the sefer 'Yaaneh Baruch', section 60.
