Novellae and Halachik Investigations Divided According to the Hebrew Alphabet, by Rav Naftoli Hertz Halevi Landau, Av Beis Din of סטרעליסק.
Around 15 handwritten notations on pages of sefer, mostly long ones, some of them are very decisive and it is obvious that they were written by a Torah giant.
