Letter from Rabbi Moshe Pollack, AB”D of Bonyhád and author of Vayedaber Moshe, to The Maharam Schick. 1870 A nice handwritten and signed letter regarding the halachos concerning the klaf for a sefer Torah. The Gaon Rabbi Moshe Halevi Pollack (1845-1889) was the son of Rabbi Yitzchak Zekel of Bonyhád. In his youth Rabbi Moshe studied under the Ksav Sofer in Pressburg and under the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Assad. Rabbi Moshe served as Av Beit Din and rosh yeshiva in Bonyhád. He was a tremendous gaon and fought with mesirus nefesh for Torah observance and against modern ideas. He died relatively young. 12 X 20 cm. Very good condition. Bonyhád, 1870
