The Newspaper has a rare German WW2 Stamp with swastika and antisemitic words in Russian.
For one version is that this newspaper was in library in Ukraine during German occupation and used by Russian volunteers in German Army from Siberia for agitation.
Also newspaper has a label which shows what it was presented to Petrograd (now Sanct Petersburg in Russia) before revolution 1917. Extremely rare item with huge historical value.
This item was obtained from a large old collection in Europe.
