Fine first half of the 20th century Esther scroll, hand-written on parchment and hand-painted with colorful embellishments of lions, birds, plants and architectural motifs. Placed in a silver scroll case, set with stones and engraved with plant motifs and a Hebrew inscription. Length of scroll case: 30.5 cm, height of scroll: 13 cm. Scroll case marked. Scroll complete, minute flaw to scroll case, minor flaws to scroll.
