(- 'The couple shall merit to grow and build their permanent beautiful home, raise blessed and righteous generations for the glory and pride of our Fathers in heaven zy"a, the Creator of the universe shall complete this building, the merit of our forefathers shall protect you with thousand shields, and to see from them and their descendants an abundance of divine nachas (pride and joy) and a long and healthy blessed life…').

Letter full of adoration and blessing, upon the marriage of Hrh"tz Rabbi Yisrael Ernster grandson of the Holy Admo"r Imrei Chaim of Viznitz, from the Admo"r the 'Shefa Chaim' of Klausenburg, who considered him in this letter as the 'Gadol Hador' (great sage of the generation) 'גדול הדור' בוצינא קדישא חסידא ופרישא שלשלת היוחסין ופאר מקדושים'...…

The letter is dated 4th day of Adar A 1970, and finishes off with the above blessings and many more blessings… signed with the holy hand signature of the Moron the Shefa Chaim of Klausenburg.

This prominent letter was written as noted in Adar A, beginning with the words 'משנכנס אדר מרבין בשמחה'
Revealing the Halachic ruling which was very significant by the Holy Shefa Chaim of Klausenburg about the fascinating verdict of Poskim, that the aforementioned joy of the month of Adar, is also practiced in the first Adar during a leap year.
The Chasam Sofer discussed this topic, Sheilot Yave"tz and many prominent Poskim until the great Poskim of the time including the Rabbi of Lubavitch and Moron Shevet HaLevi.
