WILHELM I: (1797-1888) German Emperor 1871-88 & King of Prussia 1861-88. D.S., Wilhelm, three pages, folio, Berlin, 8th March 1875, in German. The partially printed document shows a very attractive heading ''Wilhelm by Grace of God, King of Prussia'', being the accreditation letter appointing Roderich Kamcke as consul of Germany to Belfast. The document bears beneath the Emperor´s signature a large and attractive blind embossed Imperial seal. Countersigned by Bernhard von Bulow on behalf of Bismarck and during his absence. Folded, with small repair to the last page not affecting texts or signatures. G £120-200 Bernhard von Bulow (1849-1929) German Prince and Statesman. Chancellor of the German Empire 1900-09.
