1994 DO-74 rate period multiple mail franked taxation notice: 10 MAY 1994 Hebrew dated "11/93"(?) sender taxation notice to HERZLIYA requesting additional franking for attempting to send 7 letters unfranked, and was charged 11.90 NIS (7x double the deficiency of 1.70 NIS), which he paid using 14x 85 Ag 1994 Bauhaus TEL AVIV Ba1145-47 tied by 24-05-94 TEL AVIV-10 machine cancellation + 6 strikes of cachet "charged difference in franking" on return-reply card to the TEL AVIV postal inspector.
