Israel 1948 Doar Ivri DISCOVERY PIECE: pale cobalt 20mil left corner marginal tabblock of 7 + blank adjusted tab below printed tab (not a "double perforation") on thin yellow paper (May 1948 printing: setting A, plate 1 with tab types 1-2-2-3-2a-3-1.1) & with 10:11 perforations; MNH & OG; toning on upper perforation & variously on gum; lightly folded along 3rd, 4th & 6th vertical perforation; vertical perforation alignment mismatched.
