Rishmei She'elah, responsa and Torah novellae by Rabbi Yisrael Moshe ben Rabbi Aryeh Leib of Posen. Copy which belonged to the gaon Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch, Av Beit Din of Obornik, author of Divrei Tzvi.
Important approbations including an approbation from the gaon Rabbi Akiva Eiger from the time he served as the rabbi of Markes-Friedland.
Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Schneidmil [1804-1875] was the rabbi of Obornik, appointed by Rabbi Akiva Eiger and Rabbi Shimon Segal of Lissa. He served there for 43 years until his passing. He authored Divrei Tzvi on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim.
[3], 106; 18 leaves, 34 cm. Additional owner's signatures. An ancient leaf of Torah novellae in Ashkenazic script is bound between leaves 19-20.
Fine condition. Reinforcement to the title page and to the first and last two leaves, without damage to text. Isolated worming perforations. Detached spine.
