A collection of about 55 mixed photographs that were collected in the album of a Jewish family.
Europe, 19th century. Among the photographs is one photograph of the front of the Shweitzer Hospital in the 1930s in Kiryat Shmuel in the city of Tiberias, named after the first High Commissioner Herbert Samuel. On the front of the hospital is an inscription bearing his name written in three languages: English, Arabic and Hebrew. At the front of the building, the people in the photo are apparently hospital workers or connected with it. In the collection of photographs, on the back of the photograph are silhouettes bearing a Jewish name. Among the photographs is a source from Zalmanya in the city of Breslau in Germany (today - "Bratslav" - apparently originating from the city registered in Breslau in 1905), Jacobi, Schechter, Frankenstein, Hirschenberg, Breslev, Czernowitz, Kaspari, Rotman and others. The photographs include a large photograph and photographs of soldiers . (Now the photos are taken in bulk and not in the album).
