Inbal Marie Cohen B. 1980, lives and works in Israel.

Studied at "Hamidrasha School of Art" at Beit Berl College (B.e.d) (2005)

and at the "Hatahana" - School of Figurative Art" under Artists David Nippo and Aram Gershuni. (2012)

These days I'm painting in oil, Gouach, Tempra and pencil on paper or canvas. 

 

The paintings show images seemingly classic still life but my main occupation is to express questions that floods my mind and challenge the values ​​I learned to accept as truth. Is there such a thing as one truth? And which side of the coin right? 

I choose to present a critical look at the order appears to be granted. I View the reality that's wounds me every day . Limits I demand to review again. 

Today , realistic painting is a controversial field in international contemporary art , but I think realistic painting did not say the last word. 

In traditional, formalistic tools, I'm creating new compositions, Aware and critical.
