Proclamation on behalf of the Ashkenazi Beit Din in Jerusalem, calling to conduct a prayer before the elections in Germany take place (March 13, 1932), due to "terrible rumorsג€¦ about our brothers in Germanyג€¦ the enemies of the Jewsג€¦ are inciting the masses against our brothersג€¦ the Ashkenazi rabbis declared a day of fasting in their country". [Jerusalem, March 1932].
Following the elections in November 1932, Hitler and the SS party rose to power in Germany. 47.5X31 cm. Fair-good condition. Tears at borders and at folding marks, filing-holes.
