Miniature Megilat Esther on parchment, scribe handwriting, some of the letters are adorned with “Ketarim” [Crowns].
15 columns of varying widths on three parchment sheets, sawn to each other in antique sewing. In some of the verses, the letters of the Shem Ha-Meforash are accentuated at the beginning or the endings of the words. [A Chasidic, Kabala based custom].
Total size: 13.5X130cm. Good-fair condition. Tears and missing bits at the opening of the Megilah. Stains, some of which are dark, mainly on the first columns.
