“Prayer for victory of our troops, troops of Romanian army, on the battlefield”. Printed proclamation. [Romania, World War I].
Hebrew and Romanian on two parallel columns. Prayer for success of Romanian military during the War and for welfare of Caesar Ferdinand I, king of Romania, and his family. Margins of leaf: “Recite this prayer twice a week on Monday and Thursday as well as on Shabbat, High Holy Days and Festivals, following the reading of the Torah”.
48X55 cm. Fair condition. Folding marks, many notations on reverse side of proclamation.
