A Large Handwritten Family Tree –– Apolant Family
A Large family tree, of the Apolant family. [Eretz Israel, 1930s]. Ink on paper.
A large paper sheet, with a sketch of the Apolant family's genealogy. The sketch includes details of names and cities where the family members lived from 1650-1935. For hundreds of years they lived in Central Europe (Prussia, Prague, Berlin, Leszno, Posen), but toward the 20th century, some of them moved to the USA and to Eretz Israel. Other last names of people who married into the Apolant family mentioned in the genealogy are Segal, Vildman, Freidberg, Memelsdorf, Wertheim, Bernstein, Brandett, Adler, Schlesinger, Meyer, Rosenbaum, Lichtenstein, Friedlander, etc. Attached is a photograph album of a baby, son of Dr. Hans-Alexander Wallen (from the Segal family) Apolant.
