Two Handwritten Documents - Signatures of Fez Rabbis

Two documents by 19th century Moroccan sages:
* Handwritten deed regarding property rights, signed by leading Fez rabbis: R. Vidal HaTzarfati, R. Moshe Attiya, R. David Butbul, R. Yaakov Siriro, R. Yaakov ibn Tzur, R. Rachamim Chaim David ben Zimra and R. Yedidya Monsonigo. Fez, Nissan-Sivan 1842.
Document concerning the sale of land, written in the month of Nissan 1842, with an appendix written three months later in Sivan 1842, after "notification" in all synagogues regarding ownership of the property. R. Vidal HaTzarfati's calligraphic signature appears in three places on the document.

* Judeo-Arabic letter signed by R. Yosef Elmosnino and by R. Mordoch Adahan, sent to Fez sages: R. Shmuel ben Vaayash, the Dayan R. Refael and R. Shlomo Chazan [seemingly the letter was written by R. Mordechai (Mordoch) Adahan, who copied the signature of R. Yosef Elmosnino].
[1] leaf, written on both sides. Approx. 15 x 21 cm. Fair-poor condition. Open tears to margins, stains and glue residue (from binding). On the verso is an address for delivering to R. Shmuel ben Vaayash in Fez.
