A long letter in his handwriting and signed by Rabbi Reuven Zelig Bengis while he was still in Lithuania. Addressed to Rabbi Aharon Milavsky, Av Beit Din of Montevideo, Tammuz, 1937.

The letter was sent to Rabbi Aharon Milewski and written on Rabbi Bengis's official paper. This letter was written in his Lithuanian rabbinate before he immigrated to Israel.
