A notice from Rabbi Eliezer Zusia Portugal (the Skulener Rebbe), concerning a ruling which had been issued in 1946 regarding Rabbi Netanel Wongrovsky. "That notice belittled the honor of Rabbi Netanel, making it seem as if he were acting senselessly… now I see that I was mistaken in what I wrote, and I take back my words and wish to appease him."
