Caption appears around and inside an illustration of an open book. On top is an illustration of the Ten Commandments, bottom reads "In the year of 5684, in the month of Nisan, the writer nisim Ben Avraham Bachar", "Kol Aba Tamid Baruch Aba" (mistakenly spelled).
