Approx. 30.5x19.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Small tears to margins and a small wormhole. An open tear in the lower-right corner (reinforced with tape).

Approx. 30.5x19.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Tears and open tears to margins (restored). Damage to text on verso of the map as a result of the restoration.
The book "Itinerarium Sacrae Scripturae" was first published in 1581 and was considered then the most comprehensive description of biblical geography. Dozens of editions of the book were published during the 17th and 18th centuries.
