Shulchan Aruch, with Likutei Rabbi Gur Aryeh Halevi. Complete set, 4 sections. Mantova, 1722-19723, Yitzchak yarej and Ya'akov Chaver Tov Press. Proofread by the rabbis of Italy, Rabbi Avraham Yedidya the son of Rabbi Shimshon Basile, Rabbi Raphael Chaim of Italy "HaRofeh" and Rabbi Aviad Sar Shalom Basile (the former's brother), who even added their comments to the book.

Section A: Orach Chaim. [1722]. [3], 2-146 leaves. Good-fair condition. Restorations to the margins of the title page and to additional leaves. Worming in several leaves, affecting text.

Section B: Yoreh Deah. [1722]. [1], 148-288 leaves. Flaw with omission to last leaf.

Stains. Except for these, very good condition. Quality leaves.

Section C: Even HaEzer. [1733]/ 88 leaves. A minor flaw in the title page and the leaf after it. Except for this, very good condition.

Section D: Choshen Mishpat. 1733. [1], 90-268, [1] leaves. Very good condition. Thick, high-quality leaves. Wide margins.

All the title pages have an identical printed frame. However, appearing on the title page of some of the copies of Section A, are imaginary illustrations of Rashi, Rambam, Maharil, Maharik (Rabbi Yosef Karo), the Rema and Rabbi Gur Aryeh HaLevi (the author of the glosses of the present edition). Some are of the opinion that subsequent to objection in Mantova to the attempt to illustrate the figures of great rabbis, the rabbis of Mantova ordered to destroy the title pages with the portraits and replace it with a non-illustrated title page. See: S. winner, Da'at Kedoshim, Petersburg 1897-1898, p. 38 (of the third pagination). In contrast to what he says there, there are quite a few copies with title pages of this type.

All the sections are bound with a new, impressive leather binding. Height of volumes 24.5cm, except for the volume of Even HaEzer whose height is 22cm. The bindings are of the same height of 26cm.
