Oded Feingersh was born in Jerusalem, the fifth generation of an extensive Jerusalem family, the grandson of Rabbi Meir Rozin, the miniaturist. He began his art studies in 1960 in graphic studies at the Bezalel School of Arts, where he studied until 1963.
