An album that contains photographs from the establishment of the State until the 1960's.
On the title page of the album, the commander of the Haifa district of the police wrote:
"… The pictures of this photo album reflect the history of the district, its commanders, units and events since its establishment. I hope this album will serve as a valuable historical document for those who serve after me as the commander s of the district …"
The idea underlying the album was to describe by pictures all the events that the Haifa police had taken part in. Naturally, every historical in the area of Haifa event was tightly secured by the Haifa police. Therefore, the album contains many excellent photographs of such events.
The complete album is illustrated and written in colorful script by M. Ranch [most likely, a policeman].
