Shu"t divrei Yaakov, by Rabbi Yaakov Shor. Kolomiya, 1881. First edition. Book by Rabbi Ya'akov Shor, known as the "Gaon of Kitov," with a handsome dedication in his handwriting to his friend Rabbi Yerucham Fishel Perlow. Throughout the book, Rabbi Yerucham Fishel wrote lengthy scholarly glosses, some twenty glosses.
