Avraham Broides (May 19, 1907, Vilna - May 5, 1979, Tel Aviv) was a Hebrew poet and editor. He was identified as the "Working Youth Poet." His poems were published in the movement's journal BaMaleh. During the 1929 riots, Broides wrote in one of his poems the slogan "We, for work for defense and peace!",
