Book of Caricatures and Hospour "In Brief: Israel" by Friedl Stern, 1958, Hod Publishing, Marcus Printing Ltd., Hebrew and English, no page numbering, hard cover, 17.5 x 17.5 cm. Good condition plus: Reasonable lashes on margins, faded cover, light statement. Friedl Stern (1916 - 2006) is a caricaturist, a pioneer in the field in Israel. Friedl Stern was born in Leipfeck, Germany, 1916. To Eretz Israel in 1936. During the Second World War she was one of the Yishuv volunteers.
