Beautifully executed trophy with chased and engraved foliage, ribbons and garlands ornaments.
Two anthemion handles.
Quatrefoil base with acanthus leaves.
Detachable cover topped with a soldier figure.
Applied enamel emblem of the 6th Battalion Gloucester Regiment, engraved date - 1913 (below the emblem) and the opposite side is engraved - Col. Sergt. C. Goddard.
Hallmarked (trophy and cover) for London, Engalnd, dated 1908, maker's mark for Horace Woodward & Co Ltd.
