Silver-plated candlestick designed by Bernard (Dov) Friedlander. Palestine, [ca. 1940s].
Three-branch candlestick, in a modern design, standing on a round base.
Stamped: "B. Friedlander", "Te" [made in Israel].
Friedlander was the owner of a workshop for design of silverware in Palestine. He was joined by Yehuda Walpert after his immigration from Germany in 1933.
Height: 21 cm. diameter of base: 10.5. Good condition. Stains and slight defects.
