* Two photographs of street celebrations in Tel Aviv after the announcement of the UN General Assembly on November 29, 1947. One photo bears the stamp of the photographer Hans Chaim Pinn on its verso. The verso of the second is stamped "Press Association, Inc." and apparently was also photographed by Pinn. Both were taken at the Magen David Square in Tel Aviv, shortly after the results of the vote were reported. * A drawing (ink on paper) of the street celebrations after the UN announcement on November 29, 1947. Stamped and dated Nov. 30, 1947. * Three maps presenting the map of Palestine according to the partition plan. Two maps were taken from the festive issue of Dvar HaShavuah, the third was published by Pales Press Co. * Two booklets published by Haaretz, containing full versions of the report of the UN Research Committee and the resolution of the UN General Assembly. * Photo of Chaim Weizmann with Harry Truman, the 33rd US president. Truman is seen holding a Torah scroll (Weizmann gave it to Truman as a gift at their meeting in 1948). More.
